Benelli USA Adds to Dealer Services Team

ACCOKEEK, Md. (December 16, 2021) – Benelli USA, announces the addition of Holli Locklear, Dave Ruberg and Chris Lindblom to the sales and channel team. The trio will focus on alignment, collaboration and growth of dealer channels within the U.S. market for Benelli, Franchi, Stoeger, Uberti and Chapuis brands.

Locklear has been promoted to Business Analyst. She will provide key functions around planning, forecasting and sales tracking. Additionally, Locklear will collect, analyze and deliver data driven analysis to further planning decisions that will increase efficiency and improve product delivery. Holli dedicates her free time to volunteering for her local conservation group chapters, spending time fundraising at events for groups like Delta Waterfowl.  “Groups like this help keep both hunting and our industry strong,” said Locklear. 

Ruberg joins Benelli USA as Channel Manager, Independent Sales. His role will elevate collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders internally and with the external sales teams. Ultimately, Ruberg’s focus will be to maintain best-in-class service levels for independent Benelli USA dealers. Dave’s passion for the shooting sports makes him feel right at home with our brands.

Lindblom takes on the newly created position of Channel Marketing Specialist. He will lead execution of trade strategies and build commercialization programs to deliver segment and brand growth with new and existing customers. As an Infantry Marine Veteran, Chris brings a passion for Benelli products as well as love of duck hunting and the outdoors.
