VACUUM HEAT TREATMENT
Eliminates internal stress at the molecular level, creating a stronger, more dimensionally stable barrel that resists deformation under heat and pressure.
ELECTRO CHEMICAL RIFLING
Stress-free rifling etched without physical contact, preserving bore straightness and producing uniform lands and grooves for consistent accuracy.
CRIO TREATMENT
Minus 300 degree cryogenic treatment that relieves remaining micro stress, increases durability, improves ballistics, and tightens shot groups.
The Result: The combined effect of all three processes creates a barrel unique to Benelli. When mated metal to metal with the Lupo chassis, it forms a rigid, perfectly aligned system from chamber to muzzle.
