I have had my p-350 security for about 2 years now. I like the gun if it was not for a very important problem. It will not lead the shells into the chamber straight. if you do it very slowly it works just fine. If you try to do it quickly it does not. It almost seems like it is trying to eject the new round. It will hit the front side of the ejection port. Its really annoying, and I dont even want to shoot the gun when it is like this. I sent the gun back to Stoeger when the problem first happened, and they claimed they could not get the problem to happen. I would say it is user error, but everyone that has shot the gun has had the same problem. Any ideas? I would really like to get this problem worked out. Thanks.

mine has a problem similar to this when using 3.5 inch shells, the shell will catch the top of the barrel and jam, which just from intict makes me pump the gun to free the jam which ejects the shell, so lots of the time i only get two shots off becuase i eject a full one. PITA for sure, haven't found a fix yet and this is the first season its done it but this is the first season i've used 3.5's as well.

I have the P 350 12g pump and i found that with mine sometimes it would jam when i would try and pump too fast and just wouldn't pump it far enough. I found that once i got used to the gun a bit more and kind of got away from the idea that its new and i should be gentle with it the gun worked fine. However i shoot 3 1/2 inch shells out when duck and goose hunting and i haven't had one jam up, it was always a 2 3/4 inch that i use for skeet. Also a lot of my friends that shoot remington and mossberg had the same issue with it as well, it took a couple shots but it still jamed up on them the first couple times. Not saying that this is the issue your having just wanted to share.

actually this weekend we were skeet shooting and we found that my friends ithica jams whenever it fires federal premium shells. As soon as he switched over to winchester fired like a dream. You could even see the marks where it was catching when he tried to pump it forward. Maybe try changing amunition types if you haven'[t already. just a though.
