m1 vs. montefeltro

I have only shot he SBE.. I do not need 3.5" due to the fact that I only shoot skeet and do a little dove hunting. I love the SBE but feel that all I need is the M1 or Montefeltro. What are your feelings on the differences between the two?

i have them both and a sbe and a sbe2 I like the m1 and sbes better because of the high rib I just like it better than the flat rib on the monte

For non-magnum shooting, the original Montefeltro would be my choice.

I really like the long thin forearm on the Monte.

Of course the M1 is an outstanding all-around firearm as well.

Once again, fit and feel should be your top priority here skyking. The two guns are entirely different. Handle both at the same time with optomistic views I bet as soon as you change guns back and forth a few times holding then shouldering rapidly with a good cheek weld and open eyes.... then close them, shoulder with good cheek weld then open your eyes ... you'll 'feel' which one you should purchase.
