Super Black Eagle or M1 Field Gun ??

Looking to purchase my first Benelli and was wondering what the major difference is between these two models?

This shotgun will only be used for Deer hunting and will have a scope mounted on it.

Which one is better and why?

Both will have the rifled slug barrel.

The three differences are

The SBE is just a touch hevier than the M-1.

The SBE shoots 3.5 while the M-1 shoots 3 inch.

The SBE cost $200 more.

Both good guns.

Since the SBE barrel and receiver are one piece, the scope will be mounted directly to the barrel possibly making it more accurate, plus you could change out the barrel with a smooth bore and back to the slug barrel without losing zero.
