supersport?

hello I am on a local 4-H shotgun team and have been shooting a browning 20 ga. white lightning for about 2 years. I have since outgrown the gun by a good bit and I am wanting to go up to a 12 ga. Today I went out to the shooting range and used a benelli sport and shot the best i have ever shot, but it kicked the mess out of me. Does the new supersport kick as bad? Is the supersport any lighter than the sport because of the carbon fiber?

I have never shot either gun, but i can tell you that the supersport will kick less. it has the comfortech stock which is designed to take the recoil out of 3.5" mags from a 12 gauge. imagine the diff. it will make with target shells.
