A Nova Problem

I have shot my Nova thousands of times, yet always with 3.5" mags, mainly 00 buckshot in the 3.5" I have problems with extracting/loading. Often a shell gets caught up beneath the one that should exject and they get stuck. If you could give me some suggestions I would aprichiate(sp) it.

PS. I have not had any problems with the 3.5" turkey mags of #4 shot 2 3/8 ounce.

Might be the brand of shell. Try a remington federal and winchester .

you could be short cycling the gun too ..

not pulling/bringing the slide all the way to the stop position so the empty hull hits the ejector firmly and completely opening up the chamber for a clean ejection.

or you could have a worn out ejector too
