Scratches on my barrel

I went duck hunting this past weekend and used a layout blind. While I was in the blind, the barrel of my SBE was rubbing against the doors of the blind. Needless to say, I have scratches up and down the barrel. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to re-blue/parkerize the barrel? I tried Birchwood Casey Super Black touch up pen, but when I went to clean the gun the oil took it off.

In either case, spray a small amount into a container and apply with a small brush or Q tip. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to cure.
