Instructions for getting missing chokes from Benelli?

Like many others, my M4 came with only one choke. Truth be told, I wouldn't have known others were supposed to be included if it weren't for forum members pointing it out - so thanks...

Now that I know I should have them, can someone who has gone through the process to get them let me know what I need to do?

Click on the Benelli logo at the top left of this page, choose customer service from the tabs below the main photo, and then call customer service, having your serial number and information about the place of purchase on hand.

Thanks. I finally called them after reading this post. Been meaning to do it since I found that I was supposed to get the included chokes. Benelli customer service was very helpful and told me they would be shipped right away.
