SBE Magazine problem

I have a new SBE and I love: fit, swing, reliability, etc. I just have 1 question. I find it to be a real thumb buster to put shells into the magazine. I had been shooting a Rem 1100 previously and I admit: it is hard to put shells in the SBE comparitivly. I find that carrier doesn't go up enough when the action is closed. In turn when I try to put a shell in the magazine, I am not able to line the longitudinal axis of the shell with the longitudinal axis of the magazine. When I try to put a 3.5" shell in, the shell almosts has to bend.....Peter

littman,I had that problem with my M1 super 90 Tactical when it was new,if the headbolt is not giving positive lockup, no insert.Break in time and staying lubricated was my cure,if not,start toubleshooting,good luck M1014 [img]smile.gif[/img]
