    Default Can You ID this Franchi?

    I recently acquired a Franchi 12 GA 3" semi-auto shotgun (unfired), Special Edition for Ducks Unlimited in 1992 (not the 48AL Dinner Gun). Can anyone tell me what model this is? It looks like the 520 El Dorado with different engraving but I cannot find any other information anywhere!FR RecRT.jpg FR RecLT.jpg

    Here's all that is shown on the Gun:
    Receiver Rt Bottom: EB17XX (S/N)
    Receiver Lt Bottom: FRANCHI 92DU3952
    Barrel Rt Top: Chapin S.C.
    Barrel Lt Top: LF-MADE IN ITALY-12 GA-CHAMBERED 3"-CHROME-MOLY STEEL
    Barrel Rt Bottom: KGO 930 CAM 76-18.4 + proof marks FINITO PSF AU (in box)
    Strangely, this means the gun was manufactured in 1989 but marketed as a DU Special Edition in '92?
