Bought new P350 recommened by friend, ugh!!!!!!
Needed a 3.5 pump for goose hunt. Been a rem 870 guy forever. So took a chance on friends recommendation. His brother shoots competitively and switched to Stoger 2 yrs ago. Noticed gun cycles a little on the stiff side moving pump slide forward, ok, so I attributed this to being new. I always clean my new guns and oil them before use. So thats what I did. Some improvement noticed. After first morining of hunt decided to switch from Imp cyl to mod choke. Like to have never got the Imp choke from gun. Then on second morning of hunt noticed the carrier was slightly bent and off center. The mod choke came out ok. Took gun back to Bass Pro where purchased. They sent it to Stoeger.
Not off to a good start with this one. My loyalty now depends on out come of how Stoeger handles this. Will post again results

I recently purchased a stoeger p350 12 gauge pump. I bought the gun and took it hunting one time, shot only six times and had to send the gun off to get the barrel fixed because it cracked. The company has had my gun for nearly two months now. I am very discouraged to ever buy another stoeger product after this experience. Of course this happened right in the middle of duck season.

Bought a double defense, basically broken out of the box. I will not buy something from this company again.

I can not believe how bad the quality of the guns are.

They all make mistakes even Benelli.....a few years ago purchased a brand new youth model Nova 20g, after getting it home quickly discovered the shells sometimes would eject out bottom instead of loading. To make a long story short sent it back not once, but twice to get issue resolved! I was a very unhappy camper after purchasing several other much higher priced Benelli products with zero issues. My suggestion is be persistent and demand the product be corrected. It seems in general companies are trying to increase profits by trimming quality control? They dont seem to realize how that works out.

It's just very aggravating to pay for a gun that you can't even use because half the time it's getting repaired.

STOEGER P350 SAGA FINALLY OVER
Bought new P350 in Dec for a goose hunt, used it 1 weekend. Sent it back on Monday after the trip. Choke tube stuck, carrier not centered and bent, slide action sticks on the eject end of the travel. Sent it back 3 times, the third time I made it clear not to return it. Today I was called by Benelli and offered 3 choices.
1-Money credit towards new gun which was only $325 dealer cost, not what I paid for it($379 retail). Thats a rip off.
2-Trade my gun in on a brand new Benelli Super Nova, $175 difference out of pocket.
3- A even swap for a re-conditioned Benelli Super Nova with manufactures 1 year warranty.
SO I took the Benelli. I have a frind that has one and loves it. I figure that a used/reconditioned Super Nova it worth more than a Stoeger.
Not the end results I was hoping for. I had bought a new gun and wanted a new gun in return. Never again with Benelli or Stoeger. There repair service in this particular case was below par and expected a new gun in return. SO, I hope the used Super Nova works out in place of the NEW Stoeger that I bought in December.
Thanks a lot Benelli

Got my replacement for the Stoger P350. Picked up my Benelli SuperNova, even though it's a demo from the factory and comes with the full MFG Warranty, wow!!! When the saleman pulled out of the box and I cycled the action...OMG!! what a difference, smooth as silk. Thanks Benelli. The appears to have not been fired, but none the less it is in new condition.
Thanks again Benelli.
