Ducks?

havnt had a good day at the marsh now for almost a week,is anyone else having the same luck or is mine the only one that is bad?

Same here, it's been a tough one.. if you make your shots count though, it isn't that hard to pull a limit.

Was not a good season here.
We now have a lot of ducks around here that the season been closed for 3 weeks.

Worst season I've had in a very long time.
Ducks simply never got pushed South this year.

With that said, when I talk about a limit, I mean teal, sprig and divers. The Mallards and Wigeon on the other hand, have been almost non existant even on the river..

This year has been hit and miss for me and my 2 buds. We have had some great mallard shoots, but overall, it was "okay"season. Them boys up in the Dakotas have been having an awesome year as they birds have stayed north....

where i am i still have until 29 of jan,hope something pushes them down here between now and then.but i still had a good hunt for it even if they dont arrive."a bad day at the marsh still beats a good day at work"

i passed up shots on teal and ringnecks(divers) for what?one mallard.wont do that the rest of this season.

Shot more woodies , teal and divers this seasons then seen mallards.

Not sure where they've gone to but, they left Canada late November. Late Canada geese only started leaving at around X-mas time.
