    Question Choke tubes

Just bought a Condor 12g. from Gander Mountain in Texarkana, Tx. and would like to find tubes for this gun. Was told by dealer that it would take 3-6 months to order them, and was wondering if anybody knows of any other place to get them? Looked on web and can not find any, and none of the other dealers in the area have been able to help me.

Condors use the Browning Invector chokes.

I recently read somewhere on line that the Condor used Winchester chokes. Not true?

As Tucker said above, the Condor uses the "Invector" choke tube style. This choke tube is used on some Browning guns, some Winchester guns (called the Winchoke) by Mossberg in their Model 500 (they call it the Accu-choke) and by Weatherby, and a few others.

NOT to be confused with the Browning Invector Plus or the Mossberg Accu-Mag chokes.

Go to http://www.choketube.com/guide.html for a chart.

Briley, Browning, Carlsons, and a host of others make chokes that fit the Condor. I think Carlsons gives you the best choke for the money, but that's just my opinion.

I put Mossberg in my 20 and plan to have Benelli installed in my .410. The reason for the Benelli is because the threads are closer to the muzzle thus easier to clean.

When you switch choke tubes, more than likely the aftermarket replacement tubes with take a four slot wrench. The two slot wrench that comes with the gun will work, but an aftermarket four slot wrench will grab all four slots.
