    That recoil pad just seems wrong. Sort of like shower shoes under a wedding gown.

    That is the one thing I've never really liked about that model.
    Everything else is traditional, and then that.

    Seems like the white spacer could have been fit flush and square to the wood. Either way the engraving is stunning, and the lever carving/skelotonizing is.... wow !!

    One of my employees (the one who just had retinal surgery) expressed interest in doing engraving. Prices like that are why I am reluctant to encourage Marcy to head down that path. One of the best engravers I know (Peter Rainville) spent ALL his spare time trying to fetch a fair dollar engraving... "starving-artist" comes to mind.

    Yup $2100 is a steal.

    Nice gun. Pictures do nothing for me but watching it on a round of skeet would be sweet.
