Hi, I have a new Uberti 1873 carbine (round barrel) in .45 LC.
Will it be able to shoot the normal/non-cowboy action loads safely?

Yes, it will.

Thank You for the reply.
Standard pressure .45 Colt ammo is fine. Just avoid the hot 'Hunting' or '+P+' stuff from Corbon and Buffalo Arms. And stay away from the 'Ruger only' section of the reloading manuals. The toggle link action isn't meant or designed to take those kind of pressures.
