Super Nova hard to eject

I have a new Super Nova and wondering if others have noticed this issue or could check?

after firing a shot (live round or dry fire) if the saftety is immediately pushed back to the (on or safe) the action is very stiff when loading the next round.....if the safety is left in the (off or fire) then the action is very smooth loading the second round.

The gun has been this way since new and remains same after cleaning it?

just tried it a couple of times on mine and couldn't tell the difference

maybe because my gun is not broken in? only run about 50rds through it.
