    Default Christmas present

I know it is a little late to talk about Christmas but I forgot to show you all my new toy. Well here she is:

It is a Marlin XS7C in 308 with a Bushnell Trophy 3-9X40. I can't believe how good this thing looks and shoots for $320. Anybody else get guns?

Congrats on the Marlin Trapshooter!! I like the camo!

Santa must like you better, he didn't bring me any firearms this year.

Exactly what I bought my youngest son. Notice what Marlin has done...; they copied the Savage barrel and accutrigger, Remington bolt with Weatherby relief. I don't know how they did it but the gun shoots great. Congrats!

Thanks to you and hookster, I would not say they "copied" accutrigger but it does the same thing, but works more like a glock. Your son got lucky with this gun to. It feels a little weird complementing another brand but sorry benelli I can't afford an R1

Marlin is owned by Remington and has been for some time so maybe that is why it looks like Remington? Hope it shoots like a BEE!!
