Warranty?

Bought a new I12 yesterday.Hang tag on trigger says 3 year warranty,paper work in box says 7 years.Go to register online and top of page says 1 year.Which is it I wonder?

If you registered it online, it's probably going to be one year.

Never heard of a seven year offering. The Benellis are only 5 years.

Call Benelli CS and ask them to clarify and send you something in writing.

Bought my new I12 from Gander Mtn and received an extended warranty of 6 years. Maybe you dealer offered an extended warranty also???

The factory warranty is for one year. Some dealers offer extended warranties. Ask the shop you bought it from.

Hmmmm, I bought mine at Gander also but mine only came with a 3 year warranty.

I like the fact that they can do the work themselves wihtout having to ship back to Franchi.
