    Default Cougar Conversion

    Evening all,

I am happy to announce that my conversion is complete and the pistol performs flawlessly.

For those of you who don't know, I converted my Cougar 8040 from an "F" model (de-cock/manual safety) to a "G" model (de-cock only). This was my first time doing any gunsmith work at all, and I consider this conversion to be quite easy.

If anybody would like to convert their Cougar to a "G" model, I'd be happy to assist.

Now I just need to order my checkered rosewood grips...

    Here you go...

I have to get the settings figured out on my wife's camera. I'll try to have it fixed before the new grips arrive.
