Maintenance ?

Being relatively new to all of this I have a question about cleaning and maintaining by Condor O/U. After I get it good and cleaned and oiled I've heard of a few people saying to grease it the hinges and any metal on metal contacts.. What grease are you using ? Most of the time grease should accumulate dirt which I don't want in my gun.

Just about any grease or oil will do. The key is to wipe it off and re-grease regularly so the dirt doesn't accumulate.

I use Amsoil multi-purpose grease. Others like STOS (slicker than owl ****), motor oil works fine. Break-Free CLP is good. Just don't use a light oil like RemOil (which would be better than nothing, but thicker is better in this case.)

I use Tetra grease on mine...white in color and cleans up well.

I use Break Free CLP. Same thing I use on my Glock
