Default Is my M1014 legal in California?

So I'm moving to California for my job. Thing is, I've got a beautiful Benelli M1014 with the pistol grip stock (non-collapsible) and the 2-shot extension. Can I bring it with me to Cali?

    I think you are fine.

Im sure you are fine. I think you can only get into trouble if you have the skeletonized collapsible stock on it then it falls into the "assault weapons category". Welcome to the Peoples' Repubilc Of California.
