I'm considering buying a large bore Henry lever action rifle. Are there any problems with the brass when this rifle is shot frequentyl? Does anyone ever scope this rifle and if so, what size scope for hunting?

How large a Bore you getting that Henry in? I have only seen .44/40 or .44mag.
