Not as long as local laws allow me to use my rifles![]()
As you idea, Your picture don't very warm and wet. Have much die of bird. I think this isn't only a game.
The entire state of Iowa during their gun season.

The entire lower half of the lower (Mitten) peninsula here in Michigan is shotgun only. In fact, there are twice as many deer in the shotgun region as there are in the rifle region -- which, ironically, is more than twice as large (includes the upper peninsula and the upper half of the lower peninsula). Lots and lots of shotguns but I will be dropping'em with my Benelli R1 up state!

The entire state of Ohio week after Thanksgiving....every year.
The rifled slug barrel, a major thrust forward in technology for this and many other states!
Me in KY the week before Thanksgiving, and me again in OH the week after Thanksgiving.

I actually took 2 deer this year with the 20ga so far
I'm trying to get a slug barrel for my SBE but can't find a left handed one. I'll use the smooth bore until I find one.
I use a shotgun for whitetail. Here in Ohio during gun season thats all u can use is shotguns, well and revolvers .357 and bigger or Muzzleloaders with atleast a .38 Caliber. Used to use my 20 Gauge with foster slugs. Tomorrow is opening day for gun season and im using my Dads 12 Gauge 870 Wingmaster with Fully rifled barrel. After Gun season I am going to buy a fully rifled barrel for my 20 Gauge (870 Wingmaster LW) and use it next year...

No, if you're a serious hunter for waterfowl and deer, you'd probably want a rifle and shotgun. just my opinion.Originally posted by SurgicalSLugtician:
