    Hi Everyone

I just purchased a new stoger semi-automatic, and i am wondering which turkey loads and chokes works best with this gun.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Dave

hey there .. if the gun came with the factory extended choke tube (turkey) give it a try first. loads will vary from gun to gun so you'll have to do some experimenting with a few at first. Generally the big three shotshell manufacturers have designated turkey loads for you to choose from and #6 shot seems to be the ticket .. start with those first and paper test the loads out to 30yrds to see how things look. If you try Hevi-shot you can almost expect an immediated improvement in pattern densities.

hope this helps ... good luck
