I just saw the TV show this morning for the first time on OLN, it was very interesting and enjoyable. I'd like to get my hands on one of those reproduction rifles, maybe one of these days.

I like seeing Tom Knapp give shooting advice. He knows what he is doing which is a rarity on most outdoor shows. Usually, those hosts are with guides who will not divulge their real secrets on camera.

I liked seeing the General meet with all the retired Millitary men for breakfast on one episode as they are the ones who designed many of the campaigns that were a waged sustain our ability to hunt, shoot and buy firearms.

I just don't think much of most TV shows as an avid waterfowler who started late at age 33, seven years ago. Most of the information they give out is the exact opposite of the tools handed down to me by some great mentors.

American Safari is one show I will watch.
