HIi. New to the forum. Just had some questions about the R1. I am going to buy one. Just wondering about the accuracy that you are finding. Also about the function. Any problems besides the slpoppytrigger pull?
Also I was wondering who makes mounts for this rifle? I would like to put a set of leupold bases on it.
Are the barrels interchangeable? Somebody told me they where.

The mounts are the same pattern as the Browning BAR hunting rifles, but the base that ships with the R1 is tapered.
Yiu may need to use shims or a tapered base if you use a Leupold (assuming you mean dovetail) setup.
As you idea, Your picture don't very warm and wet. Have much die of bird. I think this isn't only a game.

I just noticed that burris makes a mount for the rifle, which is the same setup as leupold. Thanks for the info.

Unless it's tapered, you may need shims.
I mounted my Leupold VXII using teh Leupold base and ran out of vertical adjustment.
As you idea, Your picture don't very warm and wet. Have much die of bird. I think this isn't only a game.
