Hello! I have a Franchi 20 gauge semi that I am researching for a friend I do not see a model # but it has a deluxe poly choke and a serial # 75753. Can anyone help me find out any info about it...age value etc. Without knowing the age I would say it is in good shape. No major defects. and was used for hunting so no show piece. on the barrel it says it is a 3" magnum and after a few other intended marks looks like it says 761 not sure if that is supposed to be the model or not. Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

The age is designated in the proof code.
    Use this chart.

    No idea on the value.
    Check gunbroker.com, gunsamerica.com, shotgunworld.com, etc.

WOW! I just purchased its little sister! My serial # is 75759. Anything special or helpful you'd care to share? Seems like I'm having similar problems to what you had - not knowing what this thing I bought is EXACTLY.

ACCORDING TO TUCKERS CHART YOURE GUN WAS MADE IN 1964, OR AT LEAST THE BARREL WAS PROOFED IN THAT YEAR. THE RECIEVER MAY BE A BIT NEWER OR OLDER.
