Well I have gotten resolution from Benelli about the Alcione Titanium that I sent back. Benelli had to contact the factory and couldn't get any information on the date they could provide me with my forearm and stock matching set. Benelli bent over backwards to resolve the issue. My gun was replaced with the Veloce Squire 20/28 two barrel set since we could get no for sure time frame from Italy. After the frustration, Benelli DID do everything in their powers to make the situation right and to take care of the CUSTOMER!
