I recently purchased a new I12. I love the gun except for one problem.... when I fire it and the gun cycles a new round and returns to battery sometimes the rotating bolt does not fully mate to the barrel causing a misfire. Can somebody help me or should I return the gun and get something else !!!!

The first thing I would check would be the assembly. My I-12 is very tight and barrel to receiver mating is difficult. With the bolt back and locked, look straight in the receiver and check the mating surfaces of the barrel and receiver. There are three, and one or more must be metal to metal contact. Like the manuel says, the assembly clicks against metal and the forend mates perfectly. Check this out. It may help.

Tommy, did you post this problem over at shotgunworld.com also? If not, somebody had a similar problem and found a solution:

A subsequent post said the procedures recommended by Worc fixed the problem.
