Franchi Alcione SP vs SX

Would someone please explain to me the differences between the Alcione SP and SX models that justify a $925 difference in manufacturers suggested retail price? The SP has full sideplates and a higher grade of walnut, but other than that the two guns look about the same. Am I missing something here?

construction methods, materials, finishes ... its all there.. take a look at them sid-by-side at a shop once .. you shouold notice a difference
