storing a rapture

i havent notice in the users manuel,when storing the gun which after every shoot i put back in my case,should the bolt assembly be closed or open or does it matter thought it may save the life of the spring if closed,taking the tension off of the spring

Closed. Always store with the spring relaxed.

That's open for debate. They may be two different things but one might cause the other.
