CONTACT US???? I've tried for a week to get a response to a question. Now their system says "Enter valid email address" before it will send another message. It IS a valid email address. Anyone else have a similar problem? I cannot get a response or locate a toll free number.

From the front page of the Benelli USA forums page...
    In red it reads:

The forums are hosted compliments of Benelli USA to post questions and comments.

THE FORUMS ARE NOT A CONDUIT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL (301) 283-6981 . DO NOT POST CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS IN THE FORUMS.

Inappropriate language and photos will not be tolerated and those posts will be removed.

    Hope this helps.

    Nellie,
I was asking other forum participants if they had the same problem. I did attempt email twice without a response. If Benelli does not want these questions posted then I suggest they rectify the problem.
    Thanks

    Nelli,
In defense of the two recent posts regarding this subject, I'd like to point out that the "Contact Us" page of which they speak is not linked from the forum, but it is linked directly from the Headers of the website.

The disclaimer of which you speak is therefore not on the road to said form.

It would therefore be somewhat logical for someone to expect that the form was set up to be used. That said, I agree that CS questions should be handled by phone, instead of by the form.
I say this not because I agree with it in principle, but that just seems to be the way it is with Benelli and most other corporate entities on the web.

Sooner or later, corporations are going to have to realize that their inbox is ringing more than their phones, and allocate resources accordingly.

If you think about it, e-mail can be a much more efficient means of communications, linking you to people who work and do not have access to phones during your regular business hours, and reducing the amount of muzak suffered by the general population.

In closing I'd like to say that Benelli is easily the leader in the industry with regards to their website and accessability by customers. Kudos for that!

That said... someone should fix the dammed form or remove it entirely.
As you idea, Your picture don't very warm and wet. Have much die of bird. I think this isn't only a game.

I have e-mailed with zero results. But every phone call I make brings results. Call, skip e-mail, Benelli isn't taking the e-mail thing seriously.
