Trap 2003 O/U

Is there a retail area that I can price a new forearm for the Trap 2003 O/U.? Was looking at one this weekend, but the forearm had cracked and the release mechanism was JB welded back. Would consider buying it if I could get a new forearm.

Hi Clay - Are you refering to the Alcione SL Sport model O/U ??

Franchi doesn't make a specific trap gun.

to the best of my knowledge you'll have to do one of two things:

1 - Get ahold of the company itself and inquire there

-or-

2 - send the gun (or fore) to a stock maker and have them whitle one up -then- have a smith fabricate a new part for the release ..

you could try looking for one via the net ... but, I'd bet you wouldn't get too far since these things usually stay with the guns.

BTW - I own and shoot an SL sport and love it .. great gun ... however it's only chambering is 2-3/4" if this means something to you.
