I am also in the same situation. The only markings where I would expect to see the model are "S.p.A. Luigi Franchi Brescia Made in Italy 20 Ga Mod.". I do not see anything else that looks like a model #. Rusty, we may have the same type of gun. Mine has a scene of a quail hunt on it. My problem is that the chromed metal piece where you load shells (it also brings the new shells up to the chamber) has broken, and I cannot figure out where I can get parts, even if I knew the model of the gun. The sereal # on my gun is 59548. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

I purchased a Franchi from an auction about
one month ago.. it appears also that it has
no model number... i wanted to get a different
stock for it and ran into a dead end... i even
contacted the company that produced the shotgun
in Italy.. all that they would tell me was that
my shotgun has been out of production for over
20 years... so if you can't get parts and decide
to pitch the shotgun... send me the stock!!!

Thanks

I have the same problem. I have a Franchi Brescia 12 ga o/u. I can't even find a serial number, although I'm going to search for that more tonight. I would like to know what choke each of the barells has, plus get a manual on this model. Any ideas?

Try Numrich gun parts web address is
www.e-gunparts.com

you can order parts & schematics are 1.50 each

You may have an Eldorado model which is a 1960's to 70's model or a 48 AL.

I have a 12 gauge Eldorado serial # B09461.
I have been searching for NOS replacement stocks for a long time. . I lost the forend cap a few years ago and it took a year of searching to find a replacement. Franchi was imported by Stoeger. Try and call all the old timer gun shops and ask about NOS parts.

If the semi autos are recoil operated and look like an AL-48 they should be a Hunter model I am not sure if the AL48 parts will interchange though. They had 3 grades ,standard model had plain reciever, the middle grade engraved blued reciever,
and the higher grade was engraved with silver reciever. I hope this helps..

Jason Pull off the barrel, it should have ser# there,
on bottom of barrel. Please Let me know what else it says. Mine Has "ACCIAIO OOGNE" Superchromatic on the bottom of barrels as well.
Sounds as tho everyone is haveing the same problem as me, finding info. I am also interested in knowing which barrel has what choke. The gun shoots awsome tho, even not knowing much about it..........LOL.

Thanks
