I am searching for more data on using my new 620 VS for Whitetail as well as pheasant and quail. It comes with C,IC, and M chokes for the 24" barrel.
Are there plans to have a rifled slug barrel for this model? Would I gain much by purchasing and using a Benelli rifled choke tube. Or just use the Cylinder tube for slugs?
Also any references to publications on tests done with the 620 VS?

Use the gun the way it is. Just buy some rifled slugs and use either the Cylinder or Imp Cyl choke. Test fire the gun with the ammo you plan to use to see where it is shooting. You should have no trouble with a deer inside 50 to 60 yards.
