    Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with the Franchi 48AL in 20 ga.? I have never held or seen one and was thinking of getting one. It looks like the 48AL systen is based on the Browning Auto-5, which is a proven performer. I just would like to know how well Franchi's gun stands up, overall quality, getting repair parts... Thanks for the help!

    Best,
    Chris

Great guns, kick a lot if you try to shoot to heavy or hot a load through them.

They are good guns. Very well balanced, light, reliable. I have a twelve G. Awsome upland gun. By the way, does anyone know why the discontinued the 12?
