    Can you take the magazine spring out to clean and oil it along with the inside of the magazine housing? It seems that the magazine spring could come out of the front of the magazine tube. Any advise would be appreciated.

    Sure, you can take the magazine spring out. Just pry out that little split cap from the end of the magazine tube. Be careful. The spring will fly out fast once the cap is removed. Once you've cleaned the tube, just replace the spring and the plug (if you want to) and then push the cap back into place. That's all there is to it.
