well my mom wants to buy me a stoeger condor for my birthday which is coming up and she is wondering if she can order these online or from this online store. The reason she wants to buy it online is because the only place close to us that sells stoegers is a pawn shop, yeah not buying there but if anybody has any idea on where i can buy a stoeger condor online please help me out, or if i can buy it out of a magazine, just anywhere out of a store and not a pawn shop, thank you

Online purchases can be made, but the gun will have to be shipped to a FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder.
It's not a difficult process.
I have bought and sold several guns online with no problems at all.
Once the gun arrives at the FFL, he will contact your mom and she'll go fill out the paperwork to have the gun registered to her.
Depending upon where you live, there may be a waiting period required by your state.
Online Gun Sites:
Gun Broker - Auctions and Straight (Buy Now) listings.
Guns America - Straight Sale listings only. No auctions.
Impact Arms - Online Retailer. FFL transfers are still required.
Auction Arms - Similar to Gunbroker, but not as much selection.
All of these sites have links that will help you find a FFL transfer agent in your area.
Typically, they will handle the transaction for $25 - $50 US.

I think you are over concerned about buying from a pawn shop. My local FFL is a pawn shop and I have ordered several guns through him. He always matches internet pricing. Unless there has been some bad experiences with your pawn shop then you should give them a try. I am assuming he is selling a new gun as many pawn shops are also gun shops. If he is selling new Condors he is most likely a gun dealer as Condors are only sold by franchised gun dealers.
If there is a Dicks sporting good store in your area they will most likely stock Condors. Last year I bought one on sale the day after Thanksgiving for $288.

Which I assume is your pawn shop.
You can open the search radius, and find some other stores, but the next closest ones looks like Salina or Lindsborg. (again, assuming "hays" means Hays, KS.)

From what I have heard, to be a Stoeger dealer, you must be a Benelli dealer. To be a Benelli dealer, they must sell $25,000 in Benelli's per year for them to even do business with them. Same goes for Berrettas. Can anyone confirm this? I have heard this from a couple dealers.

well i checked out hays gold and silver (you were right i live in hays kansas) and they do stock the condor i want (12 ga 26 in barrel) and im goin up tomrow to check it out

tucker301, your a genious, today i went in and looked around (the guy that worked there was really nice) he let me look at the 12 and 20 ga. and i decided on the 20 ga. For $250 20 ga. 26in barrel
