standard condor ?

I am curious to find out if a standard condor can use either a 12 gauge or 20 gauge barrel. I have one with a 12 gauge and I would like to be able to swith to a 20 gauge barrel at different times.
The shop that I bought it at said I could order a new barrel in 20 gauge but thought I would check.

No you can not. The only ones that are interchangable are the 2 barrel sets that come with 12 and 20. The individual guns that come with one barrel cannot have another barrel fitted to them. This is only done in manufacturing in Brazil. Trust me....been this route before.

Either. None of the IGA Brazilian made guns can have another barrel fit to them. O/U, SxS or single barrel. The only way to have another barrel is to have the two barrel set gun. A standard 12 ga condor that comes with one set of barrels cannot have a 20 ga set fit to them or vice versa. One of the many but main reasons is that the frame size and locking lug sizes are different. The 2 bbl set guns both sets use the same monoblock but different barrel contours. Besides that, StoegerUSA doesn't carry any extra barrels in stock for that reason.

Stoeger told me I could not get a 20 gauge barrel to fit my 12 gauge Condor. They do not sell the barrels separately.

there are tubes that you can order from Cabelas that slide down into the barrels and allow smaller guages to fit.
