Uplander Supreme 20ga

I purchased a new Uplander Supreme a year and a half ago that hasn't fired properly since I purchased it. I took it back to the Gun Shop and they SAID it went back to Stoeger for repair. After waiting for 2 months the gun was returned and still did not work properly. I do not want to deal with my Gun Dealer....any suggestions/solutions?!?

go to a gun smith or take your gun apart and get an exploded veiw of the gun and see if any thing is bent or broke
