My condor says ejector model on the instructions and also says either take out the expended shell by hand of eject if so desired...How do you get it to eject? Or is it not the ejector model that it says it is?

As far as I know only the Stoeger Condor Supreme has the eject feature.

you have to rember that these guns are imported and the instructons are usualy written by some one that speeks and writes english as a second language to re print 100 000 packs of instructions because of a translation error is not cost effective how ever stupid it may seem. also if you carefully read the instructions it says "TO UNLOAD Rotate top lock lever to the right and open acton. shells will be automatically extracted from the gun and may be removed by hand, or ejected (if the case)" sound to me that the condor isn't " the case" i feel the same way that you do, either false advertising or ripped off i personaly feel ripped off because i only got to shoot my condor once before it broke. now im stuck with out a gun because the instructions that came as printed material with the gun in the box say that if you have any problem pack it up and send it back, BUT if you go to the web site it says that they wont take it back with out calling cutomer service and getting an RO # so of course i just sent it back then called customer service. i was so pissed off that it was broke i never botherd to check out the web site till after the gun was in the mail. when i did finaly get some one in customer service to answer the phone i was told that because i didn't have an RO# my gun was "probly laying in a pile at the warehouse"<<<< a direct quote from customer service. so good luck and hope it works for you
