M1 Super90 Safety

I am a lefty and i have some trouble with the safety on my M1 Super90. Can somebody tell me if it is possible to change the safey for a lefty and how to do it?

I shoot left handed too. I haven't found an easy solution either. Anybody know if the safety can be switched (M1014 in my case)?

Here is an earlier post by tucker301 that shows in a very clear manner how to reverse a right hand safety around for left hand use on a SBE. Maybe your model Benelli is somewhat similar.

Oooo, very nice. Thanks Remy (and tucker301). I compared the exploded view of the trigger group shown in tucker's post and it looks almost exactly like the exploded trigger group for the M4, so I'm pretty sure it should work.

Followed the directions from Remy and turned the safety around in like five minutes, funtions properly and makes me all kinds of happy, thanks!... [img]smile.gif[/img]

I followed tucker's instructions too. Switched my safety around right quick on my M1014.
