You should be just fine with the 1250fps 1-1/4oz #4 Heavy Shot Duck or Heavy Metal 1oz. Be prepared cause it ain't cheap.
Personally, in my 20ga Monte I shoot 7/8 oz 3" Winchester Xpert or...

You have to put a little more effort into it. Have you contacted your local Benelli gun dealer? I'd bet he knows. Have you contacted Benelli Customer Service? Have you used the Benelli USA...

Did you try any other choke combination beside the long range extended tube?
AS I mentioned earlier, Benelli had no H&K Import serial number on record for my H&K SBE and indicated that they have no records of any of the H&K marked(Benelli 's name was only on the barrels...not...
I had a similar problem with Rio 20 gauge shells in my Montefeltro. Unlike the Federals and Estates that I normally shoot skeet with, I had both feed problems and inconsistencies with the Rio brass...
I had my SBE barrel coated in Dura Coat and am very pleased with it...camo wasn't an option because I have the wood stocked original H&K SBE.
I use Inhibitor V80 and have no problems with rust at all. I also won't leave a gun in the case overnight...inside or outside and remember that oil only displaces the moisture. As for scratching...
