You talking about the LRP for magazines? If so it is a kit that uses cut out mags for greater OAL of heavy weight bullets, which increases powder capacity. They began and faded in 2000, but are making a resurgence with the proliferation of 90 grain projectiles. They also require a modified bolt catch of which I still have one.
