changing bead on m1 field

i am thinking about changing the sight on my m1. will the sight come off or will ihave to take to gunsmith.i have broken two beads off my browning gold before trying to switch them,will this wring off too.

instead of changing my bead on my Montefeltro I just installed a Easy-hit fiber optic. Its the same sight that exhibition shooter Tom Knapp shoots. It glues on or sticks on and comes in different size diameters. The sight itself is housed in a aluminum like casing with slots in it to let light in. I too was concerned of well it will hold up in the woods as far as it getting ripped off but I had mine on over 2 years now and it still looks like the day I bought it. I choose the finer fiber-optic and I really like it and it was like around 20 bucks and easy to install. Check out tomknapp.net and there's a online store where you can purchase one.
