I just bought a Benelli Nova and was wondering if I can shoot rifled slugs through the improved cylinder choke?

According to Benelli - A Cylinder choke is recommended for shooting rifled slugs in a smooth bore barrel. Sabot slugs should be shot through our fully-rifled slug barrels. Interested if Benelli customer service says any different. You may want to try them or keep with the Benelli guidance... Stay safe,
