Does anyone know if the M1 will be changed at all for 2004?

No, its not available.

Haven't seen anything on what the new features, if any, are. However there are pictures of the new SBE and M2 in the media section of Benelli's site..

they both really look different but what features set them apart from the M1 and SBE??? is there some place i can read about them???

i dont really like the way they look but the trigger guard on the M1 isnt that bad.
