layout blind parts

I'm looking for a source for the layout blind frame connectors and hinges. The small plastic pieces that fit over or between the aluminum tubes that hinge. Does anyone know where to find or even look for them???

What brand of blind? Avery & Final Approach have customer service departments.

I actually want to make my own so it does not matter what blind manufacturer. I've searched everywhere but came up with no luck. I have sources for the material and aluminum tube but I just need those dang little connectors.
