Anyone here own an Uberti 45 cal?

I would like to know how accurate the Uberti Cattleman chambered in .45 colt long is. I know not to expect the accuracy of what my competition Colt 1911 is, but will it hold a group of say 6" at 25 yards? I’ve never owned a single action revolver, and I’m thinking about buying one.

I own a Cattleman in .45LC and it is one of the most accurate pistols I've owned. I don't have exact numbers but if it means anything I trust it to protect me and my family.

I have a Regulator model 7 1/2". I have found it to be extremely accurate. The only problem I had at first was learning how to sight it. I wasn't used to the cowboy sights. Once I got that figured out I found it to be very accurate (and it always catches the attention of others on the range, too.) I carry it with me in the field as well as keep it loaded at home for security. By the way--ALWAYS keep the hammer on an empty chamber!!! There's no safety on an SA Uberti, but then there wasn't on the original Colts either!

Thanks for the info. I pick mine up today! I shoot a S&W mod 686 on a team. I'm looking forward to seeing what this one will do.

Thanks for the info! I called them at their Maryland location. The told me that out of the box it should hold a 4" group at 21 yards. Not too shaby for an old mod 6-shooter.

I responded to your earlier post.Yes the Cattleman is capable of shooting under 6" at 20-25 yards.The period sights require some getting used too,but the tubes are good with quality ammo.

Has anyone ever seen this knife before and can it really be used on a bayonet? It is said that it can fit together with a AK47 rifle. Maybe it is a copy of some old military knife that was used back in one of the wars? The website that it is on is I am wondering if it can fit on any other types of guns or rifles. Does it look like something that would be used by Chinese, Koreans, or Russians. Here is a link to the knives page and it is the knife with the number 406023 right at the top of the page.Any help would be appreciated before I order it all the way from China :)
